Spelt Bread made with the organic Spelt flour.
More and more people are interested in organic healthy living. The fact that modern food is full of harmful chemicals is no longer a conspiracy theory. It is a simple fact of life that non-organic food may contain pesticides, herbicides and other chemicals that cause harm to the human body.
Recently, I have made a happy discovery – a source of organic flour to make healthy and fresh bread. Honest to goodness sells the Spelt flour at very good price. (I do not receive any commissions from them BTW).
I am not a baker. I learned my bread making myself. It is easy. It is fun. It is the only bread that makes me not bloated.
Why Spelt? Spelt is a wheat the way it was thousands of years ago. Please, look up the benefits of Spelt.
It takes 20 min to make this bread even though the process takes about 4 hours.

300 ml of filtered or mineral water
1/2 of the teaspoon of yeast
1 teaspoon of sea salt or pink salt (do not use salt that contains anticaking agent)
More flour for dusting
Optional. 1 tablespoon of olive or sunflower oil
Mix Flour, water, salt, yeast and oil in the standing mixer for 5 min.
Cover the mixture with the Clingwrap or a towel and leave for 2 hours in the warm place.
Scoop the mixture on the tray with the baking paper. Dust with some more flour. Leave for 30 min to rise.
Turn the oven on to 200 C.
When the temperature in the oven reached 200 C, place the tray in the oven.

Cool the bread for 20 min on the rack.
