Led by the capable Maitre d’hotel, Tomiyama Yuiya, our evening commenced with grace. He skillfully guided us to our seats, ensuring our comfort, and elucidated the art of Teppanyaki dining with effortless mastery.
Chef Nakayama Saya, a true culinary virtuoso, took centre stage. With meticulous skill and a welcoming demeanour, she orchestrated the teppan grill performance. Her adeptness in crafting each dish while engaging us in friendly conversation dissolved the boundaries between chef and diner, resulting in an intimate connection that enhanced the dining experience.
