One of Nursing homes! If I need to see a patient urgently after hours one day (585) but I have to see other patients, can I still bill it? I think It says that I can’t see more patients if i want to bill 585, is that like this??
And in case that I can, 585 would not count as one patient seen when you do the other billing?

Sorry. Yes. It has to be that special occasion that you had explicitly come for that patient.
You might be asked to see other patients at the same facility after attending the emergency. Although, knowing Medicare – I would try not to be in that situation often.
