Plan:

- Method: Create an online magazine, ‘Did You Know?’ for health information dissemination.
- Implementation: Engage GPTC agency for content generation and SEO services.
Do:
- Execution: Launch ‘Did You Know?’ magazine online.
- Collaboration: Partner with GPTC agency for content creation and SEO.
- Monitoring: Track service uptake, initial results, and patient numbers.
Study:
- Assessment: Doctors report, vaccine store evaluations, and practice nurse impressions.
- Analysis: Analyze initial results – observe a sharp increase in service uptake and patient numbers.
- Feedback: Gather feedback from patients and staff on the new digital health initiative.
Act:
- Optimise Content: Evaluate GPTC agency’s content effectiveness; refine content strategy based on feedback.
- Quantify Results: Develop precise metrics for service uptake and patient increase; implement data tracking tools.
- Feedback Loop: Establish a continuous feedback loop for ongoing improvements.
- Scale Up: Expand ‘Did You Know?’ and digital health initiatives based on successful outcomes.
Results:
- Quantification: Implement data analytics tools for precise measurement of service uptake and patient increase.
- Refinement: Continuously refine the digital health strategy based on quantifiable data and user feedback.
- Expansion: Expand successful elements to other areas of the practice or introduce new digital initiatives.
Note: PDSA cycles should be iterative for ongoing improvement in the digital health project.
